I decided to try a new nail salon today based off the great reviews. I got Gel extensions done today. I had gotten a gold chrome with a brown but didn’t like how the color looked at the end which is my fault not blaming the nail tech so I went home and painted over it with a light pink. However, not even an hour after getting my nails done my hair breaks off. I have gotten acrylics, gel x etc. plenty of times. My real nails underneath the gel extensions feel as though they are burning which has never happened to me before but I didn’t think anything of it until an hour later my nail breaks and breaks my whole nail. Half the nail still on and some of the gel extensions is stuck under my real nail. I am very disappointed because I paid $130 for my nails to be ruined in less than hour. $130 i

I have been going here for a while. I just got my nails done by Maria last Friday and I was happy with my manicure. The picture of nails next to the flowers were Maria's amazing job. The rest of the pictures/work was by Ella. They helped me to get to my dream length of the nails (with a lot of patience and care of course). I've been going to other salons prior to my experience here, and I will never be going anywhere else unless traveling or moving. I love how they clean up the nail, cut the cuticles and shape the nails. I only get gel done and when they take it off the nails always look healthy and strong (which is rare). I already scheduled my next appointment and will be bringing my friends to this salon 😍

I’ve been coming here for a while now and even referred several friends and I’ve had mostly great experiences - which is why I still gave 2 stars. But today was such a disappointment. I was asked if I could come in earlier and I said yes I could, and confirmed the time. When I got there, I was asked if I had an appt (lol) it seemed like there wasn’t any communication between each other about this time change. I showed my tech an inspo pic and she said she was able to do it! I was super excited and up until the design part, the nails looked amazing. But then my nail technician’s later appointment arrived so she very much rushed through my nails, which is evident in how sloppy the design is. The nail salon is very light, clean, and modern- very pleasant to walk into. I always notice the nail technicians use properly disinfected tools which are sustainable and give a sense of safety and security (ask them about their sanitation process, its pretty cool!). I have been to many salons and have to admit, the quality you pay for at Nailesteme does not compare to any one salon nearby by- my nails remain in a good condition, no chipping, for over 4 weeks! I was able to grow healthy nails ever since I started coming here- the owner is very knowledgeable and means well! French Tip became my favorite, all thanks to Ella!
