I showed on time to my first appointment , She didn’t even have decency to tell me she is running late, I waited 20-30 min when I asked her how much longer it will take she said another 10 minutes, didn’t even apologized for it, I had to leave since I had to go back to work and they still charged me $35 for “no show” when I in fact showed on time to my appointment. When I inquired why? they said because I wasted her employee time, what about my time? … Very rude people. Not worth it
I love this nail shop!!! They do a fabulous job!!!
