NAILED IT SPA

First time here. I checked out most of the reviews of nail places in PortChester and this one had the most positive reviews. I walked in -:was greeted right away. Place is very clean and open. I asked for a gel manicure snd the price. 38$ - not bad at all. Mind you I haven't had a manicure in over 3 years so I wouldn't know if thats a good or bad price. The woman explained everything and helped me pick my colors. Everyone there is very polite and willing to help in any way they could. Very happy with the filing, painting and drying. I will drfinitely come back again.

I love Nailed it Spa!! John is amazing !!!!!!! He has been doing my nails now for over a year and never disappoints!!!!! He is very experienced and talented!!!!! He is also very accommodating!!! Anything inspo I show him he is able to do! Everyone at nailed it spa is so nice, the salon is beautiful, clean and calming! Truly feels like an oasis every time I get my nails done! Give John at Nailed It Spa a try! You will not be disappointed!!!

Lucy is my regular nail tech. I’ve been going to her for 2 years. She always does a phenomenal job. Takes her time and does her best work. She is kind and helps to figure out fun manicures for events, holiday and everyday.

Thanks to Lucy my nails always, always look fabulous. She is so talented, kind and very patient and such a joy and has been for the past five years. The Salon is very soothing and comfortable and clean and I always look forward to my next manicures and pedicures. Everyone at the salon is super kind and friendly and a pleasure to know them all. I used to be a frequent customer of Nailed it Spa when I lived in the area. I recently moved and still kept going back however, my most recent visit in January was my last. The three stars are more so for the customer service. I think it depends on who’s runny the shop for the day. Christina, she never did my nails, but absolutely loved her customer service, she would always reach out prior if the nail tech I booked with was not going to be available. Now Lucy, I would book with a nail tech, arrive, to be told that person isn’t here, but xxx will do your nails. For those of us who get nails done often, you can understand being caught off guard once they tell you your person isn’t here. Now all my years of going I’ve NEVER been asked if I wanted a massage.
