Nailed It Salon

We love Nailed It! My sister and I drive from Louisville to get our mani pedi’s, and sometimes I get my hair done. We love coming here, we always have a good time! Thank you Stacy and crew!

I was pretty disappointed with my mani-pedi. I came in and asked for a pedicure with nail art (I had a picture of what I wanted), and a French manicure. I didn’t want gel, so maybe that’s my fault, but the French manicure chipped off that night after I took a shower, so I was bummed about that. I was surprised she didn’t use a base coat- just painted the white over the tips. Maybe it would’ve stayed better with a base coat? The toenail art was an ordeal. I brought in a picture of a finger with the art I wanted. I showed it to her. She did something completely different - a different style and color than what I wanted. I asked her to make it more like what I wanted, so she removed it and changed it, but then she seemed really angry and did something else that still wasn’t what I asked for.

I have gone twice to see Stephanie and she has been amazing both times.I'm getting ready to schedule my third appointment. My hair is amazing. She takes the time to make sure that the color turns out right every time.

I went back to get my eyebrows done. This time Leslie did them. She was incredible. Very communicative about the process and offered to change them if I wanted after she finished the first layer of waxing. Brows look great and I will be back. 5 stars. Previous review (3/5 stars): Was a little miffed about my eyebrow waxing experience today. We barely spoke to each other and then there was wax taking off my eyebrows. She took off a little on my one eyebrow and I explained that I would’ve liked to have kept it and she said that she did keep it. I was a bit confused by this comment as I wasn’t sure how she “didn’t take it off” if it was gone. I was helped very quickly though! And I can say that she definitely seemed to know her regulars! She noticed that I had never been in before. I’m sure

Stacy did such an amazing job!! So friendly and sweet to talk to, and they offer affordable pricing compared to a lot of places. Will definitely be coming back!
