Nailed it ! Salon

New to area really wanted my nails done, so sad to come to salon that has such good reviews. My ending results are a mess. My nails are way too thin to my finger nails, when I got cut they continued to use items that could be shared ( brushes) after complaining about couple things his mood changed. Then started to ask for stuff to be cleaned up, my nail polish was everywhere. I paid for my time but not for good quality. I didn’t bother complaining anymore as he didn’t recognize issues. Owner or whoever “ Brian”, is seems amazing just needs better communication on his team when it comes to nails. Sadly won’t be returning customer.

The service was great. They are great at doing designs. They were friendly and kind and had reasonable prices.

I always look forward to going to my nail appointment at Nailed it! They are welcoming and put attention to detail when they do your nails. You couldn’t go wrong with any of the nail techs because they are all experts at their job, and if you ever feel indecisive, their opinion is always helpful. I recommend 10/10!

i received exceptional service by Kim (pedicure too). i have been to at least 7 local shops, i have finally found my go-to.. no question! it's not always easy to be seen within 5 minutes of your appointment, but they try hard to honor their reputation and your time. huge shout-out to KIM.... she is a professional by right... sh is also friendly and personable in her souL. continued success to this establishment and all their staff and Ownership. May the Lord continue to bless the works of your hands!

Kim and Michael are INCREDIBLE! The attention to detail is unmatched. Their customer service is amazing and the salon is very clean. Prices are very reasonable too. This is 100% my new favorite set!
