Nailed It Salon

Loved at the time of service. So quick and they were nice but my gel manicure is all chipped after 4 days. So disappointing.

We came in because they advertised a $70 mani-pedi combo, but when checking out, they charged $56 for the pedicure and $40 for the manicure way more than what was promised. They even gave me their own pamphlet showing the lower combo price and the exact services we chose, yet still charged differently. They did the same for my grandma and then charged $108 for my daughter with no explanation. What should have been around $210 suddenly became $300. It’s outrageous and ridiculous to advertise one price and charge another. If this isn’t a complete rip-off, I don’t know what is. There is also nothing special about the mani or pedi to justify these prices. In fact, the environment was below standard no real pedicure chairs, no massage feature, and no built-in foot basin. While visiting a friend in Concord ...we decided to get pampered for the day she looked up this place Nailed it Salon and we're happy she found it. We didn't have an appointment but we were greeted, welcomed and were arranged to be taken care of even without an appointment. The wait wasn't long at all. Their service is excellent, their personal is amazing and extremely friendly and attentive. They offer champagne, tea, water, coffee and candy while your nails are being cleaned. They have, eyebrow waxing, paraffin for a softer texture of your skin, either hands or feet other than that, they have a nice set of options. They're prices are decent. I was happy with the end result of my manicure. This place is one to go back to!

This place is alright. I’ve gone here three times but will not be going again. It needs better lighting/lamps for those sitting on the big chairs.. the lady who helped me missed a lot of the cuticles on my toes. As for my manicure 1) the lady who helped me assumed I wanted gel but I don’t like the LED lamp on my skin. So I declined. She insisted and seemed a bit annoyed that I said no. 2) She did not use the Cuticle Remover tool and instead only used the drill. As a result… my manicure looks like something very basic that I could have done at home. Towards the end it all seemed rushed as new clients walked in. The massage, exfoliation and hot stones was a 10/10. The price is too high for the quality of the service. The picture provided is three hours after I left the salon.
