had such a pleasant experience at this nail salon in Plymouth! It was the perfect spot for a mother and daughter day. They were able to take us both at the same time, which we really appreciated, and we were seated right next to each other. The salon was very clean, not loud at all, and had such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we’ll definitely be back!

I was referred to Ruby at Nailed It Salon by a salesperson at Marshall’s—I loved her nails so much that I immediately made an appointment. Ruby is absolutely amazing. She’s a true perfectionist, and my hands and feet have never looked more beautiful. She did a white pearl polish with a delicate snowflake and snowy details on one pink nail on each hand—so pretty and elegant. I also brought my ten-year-old granddaughter, who wanted Christmas nails, and Ruby did an incredible job. My granddaughter was thrilled! I book every two weeks and truly look forward to having the best nails every time. Ruby’s talent, attention to detail, and care make every visit a pleasure.

I typically never EVER complain, but I am not pleased. I called to book a wax with Tram whom ive been to before and she's wonderful. I figured id try their mani and pedi if the price was as good as the wax. The girl on the phone said 35 each for gel mani/pedi/wax. I asked numerous times because it didnt seem right, she insisted 70 for gel mani/pedi total and 35 for wax. I asked if the price was right so many times my mother said I was being annoying. I get there and the price changed 3 times feom 3 different people and it turned into a big argument. The girl who answered the phone came over and made a loud scene. I felt cornered as my bare feet were already in the tub. Needless to say, I paid way more than what I was told. Was embarrassed because the whole salon was watching the yelling a

Have been coming here for a couple months and am OBSESSED. They are so friendly and kind here, very flexible with scheduling. Christina is SO GOOD - she takes her time and is a perfectionist. I’ve only ever asked for gel manis and occasionally designs. Christina does the designs by hand and will redo it on her own until she is satisfied (which is great because I’m also satisfied!). The gel lasts at least 3 weeks with no curling up and has never caught my hair. No cracked nails and no damage to the top coat. Very impressed!

Went in during the afternoon and it was fairly quiet. The atmosphere felt relaxed. Color turned out slightly different once I got outside. Nails still looked neat.
