Nailed It

I have been getting my nails done here for a while. I used to just come in and get my nails done by whoever could take me. Then I got my nails done by one of the artists and I loved them. She takes a little longer but her work is so even, no bumps or bubbling in the gel& she always does amazing with whatever crazy design I throw at her. She is the closest thing to perfect that I think I could get to. However, this time I had to get a fill and my lady wasnt in so I had to have someone else do my fill. The fill seemed like it was done very quickly, which is fine. The thing that bothers me is that the quality of the nails are not up to par. I really wanted to like this place because I have seen such great work done there… But I just cannot justify it. The first time I went there I asked for a very detailed design and after multiple attempts to do it the tech and I both agreed it wasn’t going to work and went with something simpler.. not a big deal. She was friendly and polite and It was fine. But my experience there yesterday was just awful. I don’t get my nails done often so to have the experience ruined AND pay $100 for a full set and asking for regular polish to me is outrageous. I went in with a simple design this time so there would be no issue. But as the tech was doing my nails she did not say a word to me. I’ve been going here for a couple months I would rate my acrylic nails a 8.5 out of 10 overall. The prices are decent and I always tip well. Everyone in there is super nice, But every single time I’ve received a service I have had to wait 15+ minutes to be seen, even when I schedule an appointment in advance. When it comes to acrylics, every couple of fills, you are supposed to get a new set for hygiene purposes. It was about time for me to get a new set, but last time I was in they tries to “pop” my acrylic nails off by sticking a nail tip under them rather than soak them off. I have thin nails and would prefer to take then off the right way, so I decided to soak them off at home. While soaking off my acrylics the product became sticky and goopy like MMA (dental acrylic) and took hours

I’ve gone to Nailed It for about a year & a half now and I won’t go anywhere else! Tina is the best — she is so talented and who I trust with my nails. Ty at the front is always so friendly, as are the rest of the staff. The salon is also extremely clean! 😊

Loved the service here! They were so sweet, got these acrylics for 75, and basic pedi for 32! That’s a bargain compared to other salons I’ve been to! The people here are so sweet, accommodating and great to talk to. Definitely coming back again!
