Me and my daughter had the absolute best experience at the Nail Bar! Today was our first visit here and it was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. My daughter had wanted a cat design on her nails and the staff made her dreams come truth. They took the time to find every cat nail sticker for each of her nails. They were so kind and patient. Everything was so wonderfully clean as well. We left very happy! They even provided us with water and candy on our way out. We will definitely be coming back here again!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Twee for about a month now and have decided this is my new nail salon. She is so sweet and really great at nails! She has great even application and perfect French manicure lines. I will be a regular for Twee, she’s the best!

Tried Nailbar of Richboro for the first time today. The guy helped me pick a color. After that, the service was honestly rough. He was really rough while filing my nail and pushed down on the sides of my skin to get closer to the nail and it hurt. When he used the electric spinning tool to file down my acrylic, two of my cuticles bled and two others are really sore. Then when he filed my nails again he used my knuckles to rest the file on as he filed and it rubbed my skin off. Then I had to ask to take off some extra nail polish left on my skin once he said I was finished. A residue was left on the skin below my nails. I’m kind of sad that this was my first experience and that I’ll be wearing bandaids on two fingers.

I was absolutely blown away by how fantastic my manicure and pedicure were! Nancy cleaned up my cuticles and nails perfectly and polished them with so much care that I had never seen them look so good. It's weeks later and they still look perfect. There are so many nail salons to choose from but Nailbar is by far the best I've ever been to.

Prior to today I really enjoyed coming here to get my nails done by Kay. She is a very good nail tech. But the system for making appointments through the manager has messed up my appointments on a couple of occasions. Today I had an appointment with Kay, when I went in she was doing someone else’s nails. I checked in and picked out my color. After waiting 10 minutes. I asked how much longer the wait would be and was told 10-15 minutes. I told them I was going to run an errand and come back. I came back approx 15-20 mins later. Again she was doing someone else’s nails. I was completely ignored by the staff after waiting another 15 minutes or so. I left and did not have a fresh manicure for a holiday party and completely wasted my time. So frustrating and disappointed in the lack of customer
