I recently went to Nail Zone for a pedicure. It started with a nail trim in which the skin on a small toe was clipped and started to bleed. Then when he was using an abrasive smoother ( don’t know the name of it) he was really rough on the tops of my toes - painful. He then painted my nails. I sat at the salon until my nails were dry and he helped me put my flip flops on and I went home. When I got home I checked my nails. Not only was a big toe very smudged but he had missed several toes that did not have polish on small parts of them- just the top coat. I attempted to use what nail polish I had at home to improve the look- which didn’t help- so I took it all off and applied clear polish to my nails. Yes - I probably should have gone back to have him fix them but I decided I just won’t go

I had an amazing experience here at Nail zone. It must be under new management now because all these old comments don’t make any sense. The staff was very nice and friendly. I showed them a picture of black and red ombré nails. One of the men there did an amazing job. Looks just like the photo I showed him. I will be going back.

I would give zero star if I can. It cost me $200 to do manicure and pedicure and it’s 3rd day and looks like my nails are done few weeks back and they do so much hurry and they will start doing manicure while you are getting your pedicure done so they don’t loose any customers and it’s so pricey please don’t go there. They are ripping you off. Look at my nails and you can see air in their and it’s looks like coming off and I have wedding to attend the n few days and this is what they have done. I would never go there. And they don’t tell you till end that they don’t accept cards for payment so you have to go look for ATM.

I called ahead to make an appointment and they were ready for me when I walked in. The place is clean and they have lots of colors to pick from. Julie and Lily are friendly and professional. They did a great job! I highly recommend it.
