Nail Xpo

I went to this nail salon for the first time a week and 2 days ago. I got a fill in on my gel x nails and got cat eye. This is the worst fill in I've ever had. I can normally go every 3 to 4 weeks between fill ins. I already need one. So they basically want me to spend $70 every week and a half. I even pointed it out to the lady. She assured me she fixed it. A couple days later I'm paying more attention to my nails and it was just ridiculous. I called the salon and the man who answered the phone was rude.

My sister & I went for her birthday & we were pleased with our services ! Friendly staff , not a long wait at all ( even though it was BUSY ) . Our nails turned out beautiful & we had a fantastic time chatting with our techs !

Absolutely the worst nails. Me and my mom got our nails done on Tuesday and my nail lady did not do any prep work and they fell off after two days. My mom got dip on her natural nails and the nail guy cut her finger twice with the nail file and it started bleeding in the salon but he did nothing. I have been here before and they did well, but definitely not this time. I'm very disappointed.

I was just in this place they did a fantastic job on my nails and I was confused about how much the price was, but I did not mean to disturb anyone else in the place. My fiancé had thought he gave me enough money, but instead of the nails being in the range of 55-60 dollars it was like 68.41 and only had 61 dollars in cash and like 1.50 in change so I asked the lady if I could pay the rest on my card and give the lady who did my nails a tip as well off my card. I want to apologize for getting confused and disturbing others if I had in the salon I am so very sorry. I was told on the phone before hand the nails to get them refilled and shaped was only going to be 55 to 60 dollars ! My lesson is always make sure I have extra cash on hand just in case this does not happen again.

This was by far the best pedicure ever!! He totally took so much time to trim around each nail and clear out any ingrown areas I had been dealing with!! Also I got the deluxe package and the massage was beyond rejuvenating!! The staff was very kind and I received an sweet Christmas gift of moisturizing lotion. I just walked in and they are always so accommodating and offer a clean environment! Thank You!!
