Nail XO

Ny absolutely KILLED it on my nails again. At this point I just show up with chaotic ideas and she executes them like it’s a calm Tuesday. Every single time I leave Nail XO my nails look flawless and I get nonstop compliments. She doesn’t just “do nails". The whole atmosphere is amazing too. Everyone is genuinely kind, welcoming, and professional. It’s not one of those awkward, silent salons. It’s comfortable, clean, and just a good vibe all around. John did my pedicure and LISTEN! The man asked if I wanted my nails cut or not before touching them. That attention to detail matters. He didn’t just go rogue with the clippers like some places do. And the massage?? 10/10. I had been in heels all day and my dogs were BARKING. I left feeling like I had brand new feet. If you want beautiful nails

This was my first time getting my nails done here and I had a great experience! Ny did my nails and I gave her and inspiration photo and let her express a bit of her own creative expression and I am obsessed with my final product! She was kind, asked if I wanted anything to drink, and she is very knowledgeable and skilled at her craft. I also think that the cost of what I got was reasonable as well. I will be coming back to see Ny again!

The service of this place is very generous. Upon arrival, i was taken care of with a complimentary drink, my nail artist was very polite and patient with my lack of knowledge about nails and styles. she always asked if i was okay, because i was so relaxed with the way she was tending to my nails. the salon is so beautiful and organized. i will be recommending this place for all my friends, acquaintances, and family (:

So terribly disappointed to have to leave this review but I feel I must to warn anyone that thinks of going to this place. Yes it is very nice and clean but beware of what can come out of it. If I wouldn’t have had my nails removed 9 days after having them done there I would have never known what was going on under my nail. I asked the male tech that day “why are you not using primer?” He said “no need!” Well I trusted him to know what he was doing since he said he had been there a while. Wish I wouldn’t have. The acrylic on those two nails did not “adhere” to my nail which cause water to get between the nail he put on and my nail. The result are two nails with a horrible green discoloration on them. So just a warning to others.

I got a manicure and pedicure here. Both services were amazing. The pedicure was probably the best I have ever received in a long time. I got a salt scrub added to it…10/10 would recommend. My feet and legs are always swollen from constant traveling and the salt scrub and massage did wonders. I also got builder gel done on my nails. She did a great job shaping them and making sure I liked it before finishing. The salon itself is really pretty and very clean. All the staff are very professional and welcoming at the same time. The whole atmosphere of the salon is very relaxing.
