I went here before going out of town to get a manicure and pedicure. The lady that did both for me was super dismissive about what I was asking of her. She did the lines of my french pedicure super thick and was getting upset when I kept asking her to fix it..then when It came to my nails she told me what she wanted to do versus what I was asking for which turned into a back and forth and it shouldn't have. I settled for what she suggested because at that point I wouldn't have been able to go anywhere else because it was after work hours and I was leaving the next morning and had more errands to run. The lady that did my nails is the biggest of the three ladies and usually sits in the front left side when you walk into the shop. I believe she's the owner. She is and has always been so rude
I went in on Sat July 12, for my birthday, my mother treated me to have my nails done. I always get matte black. Hours later, 3 of the nails were bubbling and peeling. Called. Was told to come back and they will fix for me..(closed Sunday) went back Monday. And they fixed 4 nails. The matte top coat wasn't taken to the edges and already have 2 bubbling and peeling again. I shouldn't have to go back every day for nice looking nails.. They were very nice but it's very frustrating to have to keep going back.
I went in on Friday around 4:20 for a pedicure, picked my polish. The husband preceded to call wife for to come and do my pedicure, waited 45 minutes, she didn’t show up. I will never go their again,
I would not recommend.. my nails were too long, wearing color and had lumps in my nails from acrylic not being buffed evenly, she wanted to cut my real nails down to nothing and they don’t do any designs. I had to go to Jo nails to have my nails fixed properly. This was a horrible experience.
I rely on reviews when I go to new places, and most of the nail places were closed due to the holiday, but right after I got a coffee at the Starbucks (same parking lot area), I saw this little nail salon. This one did not appear in my previous search, so I wanted to write an honest review. First, I am giving this salon a 5/5 because I received exactly what was expected and advertised, not something "outstanding" or "fancy." I was greeted at the door, was given a chair for a pedicure immediately (no other customers were waiting) as a walk-in, and all of the staff was friendly but not overly talkative. They were fast, and no "frill" and got the job done. The attention to detail was lacking slightly, so this was neither the best or worst pedi/mani I have received. I would go here again
