Nail World

We had an AMAZING experience at Nail World. My sister and I walked in with 2 girls that wanted nail art. Not only did they KNOCK IT OUT OF THE PARK with the nail art (see photos) but they had laughing the entire time. Everyone is so kind and hospitable. Cannot recommend enough. 10/10

This was the worst experience. It’ was hot in here as it is every time. Asked if air was broke and they said they do not cut air on for people who get pedicures only. I said ok, I’ll get my nails done too. They brought out a fan. It’s never been so hard to get services from a place. They then asked about my nails as if they were trying to discourage me from the service. Don’t get me started on how they cannot do eyebrows and use the same sticks each brow wax as well as the same foot scrubber for dead skin. Not sanitary steps other than putting it in the same nasty water they scrub the feet in

A year ago, my adopted sister and I went to Nail World. A new technician cut me seven times trying to trim my toe nails. I bled everywhere. They wanted me to pay and I gave them $50. Today, I went back with my sister again and an elderly lady trimmed my toe nails. I paid them $50 again. I asked for a couple things that other nail professionals have done and they ignored me. I do not recommend this place. It is near the Kroger on Hartley Bridge Road. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. In her defense, the elderly lady spoke almost no English.

I went here with my kids and the lady kept changing the price. It started at 31 for acrylic nails which is what I asked for and what we agreed upon for the price then by the end she switched it to 48 because she said that she did pink and white. Mind you I didnt ask for pink and white. I will not return.

Very unprofessional and rude. Their service was very rushed and sloppy. Not to mention my gel nails started chipping the very next day. Will never return here and definitely no not recommend anyone to get their nails done here.
