Danny did a fantastic job, took his time and was both patient and accommodating, which is really saying something when viewed in the context of my demanding perfectionism. I was able to get in the same day I called for an appointment which was great. I love my nails, they turned out exactly as I wanted them and I’m already looking forward to going back for my next design.

I came in for a pedicure. It started, and when the tech was finishing scrubbing the bottom of my feet, I sensed he was finishing up so I asked for the sugar scrub. He informed me it was too late and tho he apologized this small gesture did not give me the experience I wanted as that was the portion I was looking forward to. Normally they ask and try to upsell but nope.... I was in the chair by 920 am and finished at 932 am. Then when I got to the front, the price was the exact same for what I was asking for but still couldn't get. Didn't get me wrong the service was not terrible, but I wanted a show day not a quick pit stop. This was my second time here, the first was amazing and made me want to come back. I am rewriting this review even though I accidentally closed out of the first one because I am SO serious when I say that the service provided here is not worth the money spent here. I had my nails done here for the first time the other day since I moved here a few weeks ago. The no chip pedicure service was okay. He was a bit rough on my feet and I have joint issues. But he seemed to be understanding of that as time went on so I was okay with that. I got a gel full set and I am super disappointed with that service. The artist seemed to be rushed and disorganized and he was heavy handed. Also, I kept looking at my nails as he worked because I kept noticing imperfections. He kept urging me NOT to look. Service very Poor!! Syatting at the Front desk! No communication. Hsve you waiting for hours . The artist are actually nice if you can get to them. Then when its time to Pay they Play with prices and Over charges. They only treat regulars right from what I gathered!

If I could give zero stars I would. The nail person instead of soaking my nail to get them off he did it with a knife type thing and cut my nail bed to is was bleeding alot.. so another came to try and fix my nails he tried but they were still messed up none of my nails are the same long and short and when I told them I am not paying $50 they said they would take $5 off.they have no clue how to do or fix nails.
