Stopped in for a gel polish removal and was extremely disappointed. Although the place was clean and looked promising- the nail tech was extremely rough taking off gel polish. The picture attached is after fixing my nails myself. She left my nails dry, cracked and broken, and with damaged nail beds. She scraped off chunks of my actual nail beds. Barely soaked off the polish- just scraped and filed the gel off.

Highly recommend Nails 2001 on Sussex Turnpike in Randolph! This salon has brand new owners as well as they have completely redone this salon giving it a very modern look! The salon was completely spotless and well organized. I had one of the best pedicures ever today as well as an amazing gel set done. They took their time on both services and I couldn’t believe how thorough they were on both my pedicure and nails. The owners and staff are so sweet and talented as well! They are currently giving 20% off of their services as part of their grand opening!!

Got my mani pedi yesterday and this is what they look like today... less than 24hrs and I don't even do any manual work requires my hands and nails... just regular old walking around and living life and the polishes are coming off in sheets every time there's a small breeze. Never had such an experience. So sad. The lady was nice though. Update: 3rd picture. 24 hrs after getting them done. I've literally done nothing but walking around the city and eating food.... with me doing zero picking at then.. super sad

I can't believe I am posting my feet. But I am so pleased I thought it was important to post. I've has several pedicures here and they are always perfect. Today I got Chrome polish and I love it. I didn't get my techs name but he was the other gentleman other than the owner. He helped me pick the right color. He have me the peppermint spa. My feet are so smooth and the polish glistens.

Love love love this place. I get a spring gel mani with Hilda and it never disappoints!!
