Dropped in for gel nails. Not a good experience at this shop. Tech was sloppy and the end result was disappointing. Nails needed shaping and touch up when I got home. Tips were uneven and raggedly painted. I would NOT recommend this shop.

I came in for a frost look on the tips of black paint. First person that was suppose to do my nails said they didn't have the color I wanted and I said that's okay what others do you have. She gave me a book and passed me to the owner because she no longer had interest doing my nails and said sorry. The work in the pics is from the owner. He also tried a few things and it did not work so I told him just paint it all black and forget about it. What I'm most upset about isn't even just that I didn't get what I came in for or bad serve, it's what was done to my nails. As you can see so many spots were missed on the sides of the nail and close to root leaving it exposed. There was no apology or make it rights just pay $53 dollars. Worst nails I ever got. Do not go.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The service I got was absolutely terrible and it’s very dirty. I spent 68$ on a set of nails that looked nothing like what I requested. Beforehand he told me to show him a picture of what I wanted, which I did and he told me 65$ for gel of that design. After he was done they were way shorter then I wanted with a thick French tip so I asked nicely if he can please fix them and he started yelling at me and being very rough with my hand. So he started my nails over and used NAIL POLISH!!!!! That already smeared and came off as soon as I left the place When he told me 65$ for GEL!! When I asked the owner She started yelling as well!! I will never go back, they are very rude and don’t clean the tubs in between customers because I was in there for 3 H

Had Fake Glue On Nails then decided to take them off & off to the nail salon. Been to Nail Trixx 💅 a couple times before, only now posting review.. Had a good experience (+other times) once again! .. Called ahead, didn’t have to wait long for the technician to start working on my Acrylic Nails. He was Friendly and very understanding when I showed him a picture of an idea on what I wanted my nails to come out like, finished in a timely matter, felt no rush.. a little too much near cuticles with the drill blade? on left hand, little bleed (beauty is pain haha) but minor.. other then that, My results came out to my Acrylic Nails 💅 being beautifull & me satisfied, left a happy customer. Recommend to Family&Friends and would come again! 💞Thank you SM for your time and effort!! -MAKANI
