Nail Trix

This place is highly overpriced for the low quality performance they provide. I came in to get a manicure and pedicure just last week and my nails are already lift and pealing due to the poor application. The picture of what i wanted and what i got is a huge difference, I was charged $125 dollars for this set in which there was a $15 up charge for french tip which isn’t even straight, as well as a $10 up charge FOR DOTS THEY COULDN’T EVEN DO, which is why i have them on only one finger. The nails are bending and cracking because they only put a thin layer of acrylic on it which didn’t even cover the overlap of the nail tip that wasn’t properly glued to my nail bed. Do not waste your time or money or go in with inspo picture, because it will be poorly done, and you’ll be over charged.

They did a horrible job on my manicure. I wanted Gel the color was white The polish was so streaky and had bubbles so i asked her to fix it cause she didnt see anything wrong with it. So she put on another coat and said that once it dries she was gonna clean up the polish that was around the nail make it look neat. She took a nail fail and tried to file the access nail paint off with that the the polish she got on my finger she tried to to take a file and file it the took the cuticle cutters and tried to lift up the paint. In the end she still left my nails looking horrible. I got this done today 4-4-25 She still charged me for this i would never go here again.

The women working there are very nice, but I’ll likely never return. I live nearby and have and have used their services several times. My manicures often have bubbles and cracks and start to peel within days. They don’t do any sanitization of their tools or workstations… just using the same clippers, graters and cuticle nippers on everyone, all day. I am not ageist, but everyone working there is between 55-70… I leave feeling all cut up and never feeling like things are right. The manicure pictured is 3 days old.

Seriously when i say i don’t leave reviews! I don’t leave them at all!! But I had to do this one. The amount of disrespect for you and your money is ridiculous. I usually only see Vanessa but she was busy. I chose to get my nails done. It was just a simple manicure and pedicure. I recently recovered from a foot injury, so I was excited to get my feet done since January. This was the biggest mistake ever! The man who did my nails was rough wasn’t gentle at all!! I kept saying that’s hurts!! He cut my toes up and then he did the worst paint job ever! My manicure sucked also! He said that I should have asked for a white base! Unfortunately not a good experience, I been here twice First time for nail polish change and everything was perfect. This time I did man pedi and I was cut several times ! Even though I bled and needed some nails redone I was charged full price. Horrible experience to be honest
