Nail Trix

I am highly disappointed. This is the 2nd time I came here years apart and my nails didn’t last. This time same day not lasting. Wasn’t really caring about the wait time, but for my dip powder started to peel as soon as I washed my hands before dinner. Unfortunately I stay out of town and can’t have them fix it. The normal lady who does my nails wasn’t in. They have been going to them since high school and to see they quality going down when the area is building is heartbreaking.

My # 1 spot for my nails! Great owners, excellent staff, and good atmosphere to unwind from a long day!

Pretty dingy and dirty location with a weird smell. Went in for a fill, and there was nothing done with my cuticles or hang nails, which I feel like is a basic aspect of a manicure. Girl who did my nails def tried her best but I just spent 20 min shaping them and filing them. They also weren't capped, so the job just looks incomplete. Probably won't be going back, which is a shame because the girl was nice.

At the time I needed to go, this place had the best reviews in the immediate area. They were quick to get me started and were quite thorough with their work, which was nice. We were having a conversation, that I could understand, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My manicure was a simple design and she had trouble making a straight line or a French tip without repainting. Unfortunately, not only was I clipped multiple times on my fingers but I bled horribly from one of my toes. By the next day it didn't look very pretty. I don't know why but she said "she didn't see it". That's the worst I've ever been cut in a salon. 5 days in I'm still keeping an eye on it. I had to go home and rinse multiple times with hydrogen peroxide, and do an Epsom salt soak to clean it up and keep it from getting

I've been coming to this place for over a year. I have had my nails done by the owner as well as other techs and have left satisfied. This ONE time the tech (although he was nice) didn't do a good job. I expressed that I did not like my ombre nails and he states "that's just how it is" he seemed like he was unwilling to fix the issue by his response so I asked him to just put gel polish over it to cover my botched nails. Without making a scene I left (yes I paid and tipped) but, I decided to call to speak to the owner because I felt like I wasted my hard earned money. When I called, the owner basically made it seem like it was my fault because "I should've asked him to fix it" but if I tell you I don't like the service doesn't that mean it should automatically be fixed?
