go to Luyi Nails in Palmer by Redners, they always do a fantastic job. I think the best part of my experience here was the massage chair during the minimal-effort pedicure. we went here out of convenience and paid almost $200 for three pedis, polish and a full set. I asked for gel for my full set and for my daughter's nails and toes, but didn't find out until after they already started that they didn't use gel on her nails or toes, and didn't use gel on my toes. They couldn't match the color of my toes so they had to use a different color gel polish for my nails. the man who did my feet was loudly sucking his snot the whole time, didn't say a single word to me, and didn't do the full pedicure as I left with chunks of skin sticking out and a callus untouched. when the woman started my nails
I have been at this nail salon about 4 times. My experience has been different with each nail technician. But one thing that is common amongst these is that they are not pleasantly interactive, they are not open to positive criticism, they get offended when you ask them to do something that you like because it's your nails, your style, your satisfaction and your money. They are there to serve to our liking and style. One thing that I am not comfortable with is that they don't seem to follow strict sanitary cleansing of the tools used. Especially for pedicure. The pedicures are not done well. Cuticles are barely pushed back, cuticle and skin around the nail is not removed entirely, leaving you with dead, dry cuticle the looks like you just did nail polish at home. They don't work under the
I wish I would have seen these reviews prior. Went here for convenience. After the man did my pedicure he attempted the manicure. I stopped him after I began bleeding from the cuticle cutting. He didn’t think it was a problem. I did. I do not like to judge but if you are in the service industry you may want to be presentable to the client. The entire interaction was disturbing. He appeared very unkept or had just woken up. Go somewhere else for much better service and quality.
I had called ahead and the girl who answered was rude but just assumed she was having a bad day and went anyways… i regret it. The man who did my nails was super fast but they ended up looking grown out and uneven. online it said it would be about $30, i got french and a design so i knew it’d be a bit more but it ended up being $72. this didn’t include cuticle work or anything. for $30 the nails would have been fine and worked till i got in with my regular girl but for $72 absolutely not. i really regret not checking reviews closer and paying that much for these. As they have started to come off they have been chipping like crazy (i’ve never had acrylics chip like this) and my real nail bed is so bad and i feel it needs to grow out before i can even go anywhere else to get them done again.
My nail design came out nice but they didnt last two weeks my nails are already broken dont think I will be back 😔
