Nail Trend

They do an amazing job here. Tony did my dip, and he was so gentle with my nails. Then, I messed them up later in the day using acetone on my toenails (I know, duh), and I went back and he fixed them up for me right away, and didn't even charge me for my stupidity!

I went for a gel manicure about 11:30 am and by 3:00 the polish was peeling on one nail. The shop closes at 7 so I thought getting there at 5:45 would be sufficient to get it repaired, but as I pulled up, the doors were being locked and the salon closed up. I ended up going to another salon to get it repaired. Every two days polish on a different nail is peeling. The only positive is that the salon is clean. Otherwise I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Around 9:45 am my husband and I are waiting on his barber. I decided to go to the nail salon next door. It was 9:45 am the open sign was on. I go in there and the tech had one customer. She proceeded to ask me 3 times did I want a pedicure. After saying no 3 times she said, "You have to come back at 11:00 am. I told her no thank you. I will never go back to that nail salon.

They do not know what they are doing and do not understand English very well. I like my nails mid length, not too long but not short. Kim did them paper thin and within a week and a half span I went back to these people 3 times over 3 broken nails (1 cracked for no reason, 1 broke from lifting a small plant and 1 broke from simply making my bed)! On the last visit, I asked what was going on, if they missed a step because I have never had my nails break so easily. When another customer heard me say this, she spoke up and said she was experiencing the same thing and didn’t understand what was happening here. The lady who did my nails was very rushed, I had to come back for repairs on 3 nails that the manager charged me for, the nail repair should have been free, especially being that I tipped $10 on each service that I received when the original service was rendered, $10 on the fill-in, and $10 on the pedicure, $20 in tips total (The pedicure was done by a different technician and she did a great job so I left one star for that). If you go here, just know that they will charge you more money if the technician makes an error and you come back to have your nails repaired. I've been to several nail salons in this area and this salon by far is the worst. Pedicures are good but I will not be returning due to poor business ethic.
