Nail Time Merced

I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never had such a bad experience. I tried to give the owner the benefit of the doubt since they were so nice. I called to ask if I could be refunded since my nails were so bad. Theres water damage on five of my nails and I got my nails done less than five days ago. I let her know that she did not glue them correctly and she told me that they do not do refunds. She told me I need to come to the store to get it fixed. I do not want them fixed. There’s lifting under my mail which allows food and water to get under which is DISGUSTING. I’ve never had this happen to me. Will not be returning.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. I was the last person to be seated and the first person to be done. Which normally I wouldn't care about the time but you could definitely tell the lack of effort put in by the tech doing my pedicure. It took maybe 20 min for the whole service and after at was separated from my friend who was worked on properly for another 30 min. ( same price for each service we got, so it's not like she got a better package) It almost worse knowing you could've had better service by someone in the salon and not getting it. I believe the woman who worked on my friend was Thao, so if you consider going here for a pedicure ask for her.

Julie does a wonderful pedi. My toes are super sensitive. She is always sweet as we make small talk during our session. I don't feel rushed.

I had a pleasant experience here, on August 9th. I went for a pedicure and I was the first customer there. I got their Deluxe Pedicure package + Parrafin for $45 plus $10 for gel color. I was satisfied with my service as the girl who took care of me was very sweet and checked in on me to see if I was in any pain when she was doing my nails or the rest of the services involving hot temperatures. It also only took an hour for my service, which was great because I was in a hurry. When it comes to attending this location, I'd say "the early bird gets the worm" in reference to walk-ins, and those who make appointments are seated quickly.
