Nail Time 2

If I could give zero stars, I would. My nail technician was so distracted by talking that he managed to cut my finger deeply. It is still bleeding and very painful. When I asked for a refund or even a small discount I was told no. I am incredibly disappointed and unhappy with this experience. I won't be returning.

Nails did not look smooth at all 😏no base coat was applied either

Never again and would not recommend. I asked for a soak off and a fresh set. I was told the price for a soak off, mani, and new set would be $65. The technician began by cutting down my long acrylics and natural nails with a flat toenail clipper. Several of my nails broke and splintered painfully and when I complained I was told I was "being scared". Excuse me? When I asked why he wouldn't soak them he insisted it would take too long. After trying to get more off by prying them off with another nail blank he finally gave up and soaked the remaining peices. Once they were in the acetone my index finger on my left hand immediately began to burn. I removed it from the acetone and at that point said I would not want to put another set on because of the cracked nail. I did not seem safe or

Never coming back here again. Rude and would not fix any issues I told the nail tech that I had. And he also had an issue that I wanted clear coat instead of color. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE ! and I’m pretty sure he was talking shit in his language
