⸻ I normally come here to see Lilly for my pedicures and she is fantastic. Unfortunately she was on vacation during my last visit and the experience was very disappointing. One technician started my pedicure and another finished it. The second technician had a very rough demeanor and didn’t say a single word during the service. My cuticles were not pushed back, and my nails were not filed straight across as I asked — they are actually now way to short and crooked so fixing them is impossible. What concerned me most was the sanitation issue I observed. The technicians were sharing an unclean workspace - and the technician next to mine picked up and used the same nail file that had just been used on my toes and then used it on another client’s fingernails. I went in with a beautiful manicure with the perfect shape. I left with a completely different shape. I asked for pointy almond and he cut them way down and gave my complete round short nails. Having messed up nails is Not what you want before the holidays.

I really wish I listened to other reviews before going in. I just left with the worst manicure I’ve ever had. None of my nails are even in shape, one is completely crooked, and my own blood from her cutting me was mixed into the top coat so I have a red spot in my nail. Even after my technicians attempt to “fix” my nails after I expressed my concerns, they were truly beyond repair. Beyond that, I wasn’t even offered a beverage and it was overall just a sterile and awkward environment. I sincerely regret going.

I’ll definitely recommend! I can’t stand my nails being done soooo slow and it still comes out ugly! In this case I was in and out and I loved that! My nails were so cutely done! The lady was so nice, definitely my new nail spot!
