Nail Tech

Went for an acrylic fill. Selected the colors. Took an hour and a half and I was charged $50 even though the menu says $35. He made my cuticle bleeding and filed down so far that my nails look too small for my fingers and ate sore today. I questioned the price and they said the menu was old veggie covid. However, $35 is standard. Then said I was charged extra for filing down a little. And for more than one polish color. I felt sick so I used the ATM, paid the $50 plus atm fees and tipped $5. But I will not go here again.

I arrived there at 10:50am and their doors open at 11 AM on Sundays so the lady seen me outside the gate. They finally opened the gates at 20 after 11 so then I proceeded to get my nails done. I asked her for a specific length and shape and she went completely shorter than what I asked for. I told her politely when she did the first nail and then she just got mad right away. Told the guy to do my nails, she didn’t want to do my length that I asked for which was short, but not so short that it’s almost to my finger. I have a tiny little tip. so I was upset about that and the price was ridiculous. Usually for that length that they did for me would’ve cost $45 instead they charge me $60. I am never going back to them again.

Well where do I even start . Look at my picture , I asked for a baby pink and this is what I got . I told them I did not want glitter and she said “that’s not glitter “ really??? I told them I wanted it off 3x and they finally agreed , but offered to put a white nail polish that I then choose to apply over the pink . I said “no “ you have to remove it and they did not like that . How are you going to apply nail Polish on top of a nail polish . I had gel polish on my toes and hands . I DID NOT LIKE IT . And very respectfully told him . He became very upset and said “you are wasting my time “ oh no honey you waisted 2 hours of my time. Also kept on insisting to use the ATM , vs my debit .. hmmmm.. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK ! I will spread the word as well ! I wish they had the option , of n

I got acrylics and my eyebrows done and both are stunning. I paid about 60 for both. My nails are amazing and my eyebrows are the perfect thickness. The people there are so kind and funny. I am definitely coming back. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews but if your looking for a new salon pleaseeee give them a try💗

Told needed to Pay extra because a nail style was not usual due to the area. My daughter wanted to get stilettos nails their definition of large looks more like small or medium. Could not give us an answer on a price until they were halfway done. I would like to get an answer sooner so we can make our decision if we're going to commit what it looks like they didn't want us to have a choice either.
