Nail Tech One

Do not waste your money. The pedicure peeled off after two days, has a black hair under the top coat, you could see the polish on my cuticles. Wasn’t asked about shape or length for fingernails, and I had spent time growing them out only for her to clip them all the way down before I could stop her. Bubbles under several nails, and peeling up as well. Went and asked for a refund and was refused.

I feel like the quality of this salon has gone down hill, I was told there are new owners. I had a dip mani, and regular pedi. I asked for ombré dip, I have had this done here before. They had me wait for a specific tech to do the dip mani, I assumed she knew what she was doing if they had me wait for her… I was wrong. I walked out of there with the worst mani I’ve ever had. I’m honestly embarrassed I walked out of there with those nails. I did go back the next morning, and a different tech fixed my nails, and they did look much better. I wish they would have just told me they couldn’t do the ombré beforehand, instead of wasting my time. Lisa the owner did my nails she was so kind and friendly and they turned out PHENOMENAL!!! I get so many compliments on them!! I will definitely be going back and using them from now on!

Nails were left with ridges beneath the acrylic. They look so bad I have to go get them done somewhere else. i would not use them again. I think they should refund my money. I have pictures that show all.

Ladies beware! The guy who owns the place is a chauvinistic creep! He's older but he tries to hit on all the attractive young women while we're getting our nails done. The lady doing my acrylic fill whispered to me that the owner Lisa is a witch and she hates working there. It was so unprofessional and I felt very uncomfortable. There's a reason why no one was in there. There are so many other salons where the men won't try to hit on you constantly if you're attractive. Artist nails is the safe space to go and the best Livingston has to offer. I went to Artist Nails for my next fill and they discounted me for having such an awful experience
