Nail Tech II

I’ll go back only if Summer DOES NOT DO MY NAILS AGAIN…. She made one of my nails crooked asked her to fix it and she got irritated & said no it’s straight I said maam it is not straight please fix it… when the guy told her she had a Full Set to do she walked over huffing & puffing to do it… will not have her do my nails again… that’s the underneath of nails..

Went in for my usual manicure and the woman doing my nails was one who had done my toes in the past but never my nails. She appeared to be very accommodating at first, but throughout the process of her filing & buffing my nails, she kept losing control of the drill and it would slip onto the same spot every time on my pinky, causing her to cut me. I could feel it starting to really burn, but I didn’t say anything. Until she got the buffing block out; she started buffing with the roughest block imaginable very sloppy so it naturally rubbed on my skin and the pain was so bad on the already open wound that I pulled my hand back and finally told her she cut me & was hurting me. I just left from receiving the best pedicure of my life from Tina. Usually I have the hardest time relaxing in public, but under her care and with the serene environment, I nearly fell asleep. I will definitely be coming back! 🥰

I went into the salon today for a pedicure. I had planned to use my day off for self- care and just felt so disrespected. I paid for the service and let them know that I would not be returning, as I was leaving. The staff seemed nice initially, but started speaking in their language and looking at me. I dismissed it at first, understanding that I wear heels a lot and the calluses on my feet are really bad. When I told her I wanted French tip, she had to call someone else to polish my toes. While explaining what I wanted to that technician, she yelled at me. Now I'm a soft spoken, polite person so there was nothing that I had done to warrant that treatment. I also have concerns about the cleanliness of their tools, seeing how things were handled. In addition to that, a rat ran into the stor
