Huge fan of the owner and the staff. Everyone is very friendly. The service is professional, fast and efficient. The designers are so detailed and perfect. The owner is also the nail artist/designer of the store and her skills are unmatched.

I'm sorry to say, but I have to give this place just 2 stars. I popped in yesterday for a simple French tip manicure and ended up spending way too much time there—got in around 5:30 and didn't leave until 7:18 (I have the Apple Pay notification to prove it). Spending almost two hours just for a manicure felt excessive, though luckily I didn't have anywhere urgent to be. The nail tech kept checking in with me, which was nice, but then he accidentally nicked me while cutting my cuticles. He apologized, but after such a long wait and a little mishap, I was just ready to head out. And to top it off, the final result didn't quite match the reference photo I showed them. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean, but $46 for what I got? Not sure it's worth it :(

I’ve been coming here for over a year already and they always do a good job with my nails. Lily always tries to make sure my nails come so good. Totally recommend

UPATE 03/01/24 My patience is growing thin with trying to make appts. Even when you try to make one, Lilly still says, "call before you come." And when I get there ON TIME, I still wait sometimes. But she's so good. I may have to find some place else to go. ☹️ And I did...Ice at Bliss Nails on Halsted & 34th Street. Nail Tech 8 is officially my backup. UPDATE: 02/25/24 Lilly is still great with the nails but they lost lots of techs from a year ago. I broke a nail today and when I called to make an appt Lilly refused to make an appt and told me I would have to come as a walk in btwn 4pm-5pm. It was 11:45am when I called. They open at 11am and I'm 20 min away! I think they must think you have all day to wait on THEM when they are providing the service! I've made appts b4 and they don't w

I came as a walking on a Sat. And was severiced almost immediately. The salon is clean and bright. I received a regular pedicure, and it was done well.
