My daughter and I walked in , on Valentines day morning and we were immediately met with kindness and accommodation ! Most salons smile and say come on in until you tell them you have a young kid with you then everything changes lol but not here ! They kept their smiles and the friendliness even grew throughout the whole appointment 😃 they didn't rush or act pushy about my daughter and we both had a great relaxing time . She had so many questions and was so curious as you expect a small kid to be and the staff did everything for her and answered her perfectly with calmness and kindness ❤️ nothing ruins an experience quicker than someone being snappy or rude to a kid ! I'm not sure if I got the new girl, or she was ill today or what, but Ive never had such a clunky, terrible service. She pumice stoned my arches, hard brushed the crap out of the TOP of my feet. She cut me while clipping my nails and when she was clipping cuticles she was trying to RIP them off, instead of cutting them and when I stopped her from doing it a second time she tried to just leave the part she ripped up, I had to insist she fix it. The scrub was less than 30 seconds on each leg and the 'massage' (really she just put oil on my legs) was the same, if not less. And instead of telling me that the color id picked was old and crusty (she finally showed me) she picked a different color and hoped I didn't notice. Recently moved here looking for a nail salon. I went to one up the street and because I refused gel polish I was told to get out of the chair! I came here and they were very welcoming and friendly. I received a great pedicure with regular polish and will definitely be returning!!! Thank you to the rude lady at the other place, you lost a customer but Nails and Tan gained one!

I happen to not have any photos to show of my nails since I had to take them off but I think my nails looked stunning. Jenny took care of me and honestly she’s such a mood booster! They use great quality nail stuff and they maintain their cleanliness. Everyone else was engaging and nice as well
