NAIL STUDIO

The salon was very nice, clean, and well-kept, and the receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. I waited over an hour to have my nails and toes done before ultimately leaving. I truly don’t mind waiting and understand that Fridays are typically very busy. However, there was no clear communication regarding the expected wait time, which made it difficult to plan accordingly. A simple update or estimated wait time would have made a big difference and improved the overall experience. With better communication, this would have been a much more positive visit.

I am obsessed with this nail salon. I’ve been searching for the right place for years and now I’ll never go anywhere else. From the hot stone pedicures to the cleanliness, to how quickly they get you in a chair and taken care of…it’s just perfect. I have never been able to find someone I trust to do my SNS but Misa has done mine a few times now and she truly is extremely good at what she does. I’ve never loved my nails more, and I will only trust her to do them from now on. She’s honestly the main reason I return to this nail salon.

I loved my experience at the Nail Studio today. All the staff was very friendly, professional and the salon was very neat. When I arrived, I only had to wait 15 minutes before being seated in the spa chair. They did a great job with my toes and my nails. I will definitely be going back!!!!

Today was my first visit at Nail Studio! Molly & Misa were amazing! This was the BEST manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. They took their time and it shows! Such a a relaxing atmosphere and all the girls were SO sweet!!! Well worth driving over an hour, I will definitely be back!!
