If there was an option to leave negative stars, that is exactly what they would get. Against my better judgement, I went here to get my eyebrows waxed as they weren’t busy (this should have been my first red flag with how busy the mall was) and I was on my break from work. When I say that this was the most unhygienic eyebrow waxing experience in my life, I mean this with my whole entire being as I’ve been being waxed for over 20 years and I have never experienced anything like it. 1. The lady didn’t wash or sanitize her hands with hand sanitizer (she had been sitting on one of the pedicure stools using her phone when I came in), she also didn’t put gloves on either 2. To “prep” my eyebrows she literally wiped them with a tissue with nothing on it 3. She was dipping the stick into the wax,

Unless you want warped overall wrong nails done for $100.00 do not go here. The young lady who worked on mine spoke nonstop to her 2 other employee/owners?, in there native language, laughing and not engaging me. I like a friendly comfterble, relaxing environment. Even when asked to fix the lumpy , flat nails was told they were fine. Twice! Rude and disrespectful and not good at nails. SKIP THIS ONE!!!! AWFUL service, I feel better about the times I did my own!

The brown was my inspo vs what i got, the green. The nails are crooked and uneven and the shape is not right i asked for almond and the same design and everything just with green and white instead of brown and white. While she was drilling the nails she cut me multiple times, the nails were $95 which is completely ridiculous especially when the nails arent even really what i asked for.

if ZERO stars was an option, thats what theyd get. $15 to fix 2 nails ans $50 for a “fill”. She was rude and upright disrespectful. i asked for square with rounded edges and you can CLEARLY see thats not very straight nor even. let alone i mentioned that it wasnt fully painted and she just took my hand and put it in the dryer. i mentioned it again and she said its fine. DO NOT COME HERE.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve come to this salon and their previous location on and off to have Rosie do my nails and every time she does such a fantastic job. Today I got a pedicure and I literally cannot stop looking at my toes. She’s so kind and genuine and is so meticulous with her work. I’ve tried so many OTHER places (more local to me), and always end up hating my nails and the experience. Rosie is the only person who is consistent and that I trust. I will no longer go to anyone else but her!!
