This was honestly the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. The owner was extremely disrespectful and had absolutely no manners. Instead of treating customers with kindness and professionalism, the attitude was rude and dismissive. The customer service was terrible, and I felt completely uncomfortable the entire time I was there. When you go to a nail salon, you expect to be treated with basic respect and to enjoy the experience, but that was definitely not the case here. I will never go back to this place again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other nail salons that actually appreciate their customers and know how to treat people properly. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Great nail salon. Nail studio is my go to nail salon the service is awesome, whether it’s the owner Loan or her parents. It’s very affordable and kept very clean which is why it’s so worth it, the nails last, and usually mine don’t, coming from any other nail shop i’ve been too!!! And i have to mention the pedicures are great!! Very affordable compared to other nail shops i’ve been too in the area. 5 STAR!

This is the worst nail experience in my life. If the owner only can hear what she wants to say, can't hear the guest want to say or feel, how come this person could do the job well and continuous progress? If I could even one star I don't want to give, the shop employee, who is from Vietnam, had a terrible attitude towards those who also look like Asians. When I went inside and showed the picture that I wanted to do, the lady (mother) said yes, they can do this, and asked me to wait 5 minutes for her daughter to come, and at the same time, another customer was already inside. I totally understand I'm the after need to wait, but no one told me need to wait how long for every process including I need to remove the old one nails, just let me sit there cover fingers to wait, even I already wai

I loved the service provided by loan. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was so kind. She could tell I was nervous and got me to relax to the best of my ability. She helped me pick the perfect color to match the outfit I had planned. I will go back for service time and time again. Thank you so much!
