Customer Reviews
The staff was friendly for sure - however the quality of their service leaves a lot to be desired!! First off the price I was given was $50. I ended up being charged $75. This was one week ago this past Sunday (9 days). Mind you I have my own nails - I usually get builder gel and gel nail polish. The builder gel was so thick and he didn’t sand them down at all. 3 of them have came off already. I gave him a $20 tip too. I should’ve waited for my regular salon to have an opening. Very disappointed.
I have been going to this salon for a year. I think today was my final time going to get acrylics. The service is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes my nails turn out great and the next time I’m disappointed. I always get something simple like one color all over and I pay for gel. Today I went and got a fill and within two hours of leaving the salon I already had a chip. This is something that continues to happen. In addition to the inconsistency, 8/10 times I come in I am not greeted and my nail tech doesn’t even speak to me. It makes me feel a little unwelcome. Like I am just another customer. I paid $45 for my fill. That’s a pretty average price but I can’t deal with the inconsistency and bad customer service.
Horrible experience!! They weren’t busy but the woman who did my manicure couldn’t be bothered to do what I asked. I had two sample pictures of what I was looking to have done and the woman completely ignored it and did a full set of ombré nails. I hate how it looks. She didn’t even finish. The acrylics are jagged and sharp. So unprofessional.
Van and her staff were great and did a great job.
I went there to get a manicure, she barely shaped my nails, clipped my cuticles and used the small brick sander to go over my nails while talking in another language to one of the employees, then dotted some oil on each cuticle and told me to wash my hands. Then wanted me to pay $25 before she polished my nails! Her work part was not 10 minutes. No massage to my hand with lotion or looking them over - I could still see the jagged edges on my nails that she was going to polish. If she had massaged my hand and arm like I’m used to I would not of said anything. Sad
