Nail Studio

I came in as a walk-in for my first time ever here. I, requesting a dip powder and needing my previous application removed. I was greeted warmly. No one was available to take me, however if I could come back at 2:30, I could be seen by Jennie. I totally didn't mind since my afternoon was wide open. Jennie took a look at my nails because she wanted to be sure could do the work in the allotted time. Once we agreed I was on my way. I returned at the agreed upon time. Jennie was happily waiting for me. She let me choose my colors. She asked me a few questions about my previous experience with dip powder. She explained the process and how she operates. She did an amazing job! The application was not too thick and looked elegant. The quality of her work was excellent. Her station was immaculate

My wife enjoys this salon. She is very picky,after all she picked me as a hubby 58 years ago. The entire staff is amazingly efficient and super friendly. It is very convenient to our home. The studio is always clean and well appointed

I've been here several times and I feel like every time keeps getting worse. I really like this place and all the girls are awesome and super sweet but some need some more training. One thing I value most about a pedicure is a proper cuticle cutting ,good nail shape and good nail painting. One of the girls I've had pretended to cut my cuticles and for the money I'm paying plus tip, my pedicure should last at least 2 weeks. I've had pedicures last a month before I had to come back. Also the paint job was not up to par the last 2 times I've been here. I've had 3 different people do my pedicure and the 1st time was the best experience. This was my first time here because I normally go to Circee Nails. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is so laid back and quiet. All of the employees were hopping and popping. Trung and Qua ( I think I spelled it right) were great. They took care of me and needless to say, I will be back!

This place is great. The location is a bit confusing the first time you go, especially if someone can't do the stairs. I didn't even know there was an elevator to get up there, but wondered about handicapped people getting there. The people that work here are extremely nice. They all speak English really well, so you don't have to feel like Elaine from Seinfeld. The place is clean. They make everyone wash their hands when they arrive. My only complaint is that they keep it a bit warm for my taste. I was uncomfortable when I went the first time, and it was hot outside. It's been better in the winter months, but I'm worried I'm going to be uncomfortable again in the summer, which is not what I need when I go to get a pedicure and try to relax.
