I got my nails done February 5, 2026 at almost 8 PM. On February 6, 2026 at 7:30 AM four of my nails were coming off. One of my nails were completely off. I spoke with The Owner “Kim” and she told me to come in after work. Yet not after insinuating that I did something wrong to my nails. When I got there, she refused to fix them and started to play victim. As if I had done something wrong. I explained to her that all I did was pick up my son‘s diaper bag, and the nail was on the floor. You would think with Kim being the owner that she would just fix the problem of a paid customer. Instead, she wanted to argue. Which I was not going to do. Even the customers that were inside of the shop stated that she should just fix the Nails. I would give no stars if I could. I got a fungus in my nail dealing with these people. The one lady always wants to rush and move fast on certain individuals. The prices are ridiculous and customers service just as bad! The main nail tech has a major attitude and forgot how to lay acrylic because she’s so busy trying to promote some other product I didn’t want. $50 for a fill-in on short nails and my nails don’t looked filled at all!

needs to work on better customer service skills, it’s very unprofessional. It’s polite to greet customers when they walk in not just stare. My pedicure was cute though and i was in and out

Been going to Kim over 25 years. She’s fast and does a great job

I hadn't been there for a number of years so I thought I'd go back. Only to get the worst service ever. I got a short set with 2 tips painted and asked for design and she literally dabbed the polish on my nails and that's it. On top of that they tried to charge me 95 dollars for a set that should've been no more than $60
