I live in the neighborhood and decided to give this place one more try after not going here for a few years. Run extremely disappointed since I got a no chip manicure and within 24hrs have had 5 nails chip. I can see on all the edges how the polish is coming up because it’s a much lighter color. Such a waste of money and I don’t even want to go back to get it fixed because I have a feeling it’ll just be the same thing all over again.

Rushed service, toes are uneven and sloppy, so I decided to just get a soak off for my nails (due to the trash service) and they didn’t even bother to buff them. Highly do not recommend.

Insanely high prices, literally every step of every service is a potential "additional charge". This nail length was considered "longer" so the price went up. Pedicure was $75...just insanity or greed. I had to have the tech redo my feet because she did more foot/leg rub than actual pedicure. Not recommended. At all.

I went here the Saturday before Christmas while I was in-town visiting. They were able to get me and my husband in right away, however, the experience turned bad really quickly. I asked for a regular pedicure and no chip manicure; my husband wanted a no chip pedicure. We were rushed to the pedicure chairs; I wasn't given the opportunity to chose a polish color - the woman who greeted was preoccupied trying to upsell my husband into getting a manicure as well. A light pink polish was sitting on the cart next to the chair from the previous customer, so I just went with that because my feet were already in the water. First time here and was excited for a pedicure in the neighborhood. Experience,not good! We walked in at 10:15, were seated by 10:20 and pedicure was over by 10:29 , cold water, no filing and polish job- horrible. I felt as if it was very rushed and no one was waiting. I barely have any polish on my nails and she got it all over my toes. She didn't clean my nails either . The building inside was very dirty. The lady also said something to the tech next to her about us and the other lady told her to shhhh. I wanted to have a relaxing pedicure and I didn't. I could've done a better job myself . Don't waste your hard earned money!!
