Nail Studio

I have been going to this Salon for 9 years and this last experience I had will not have me returning unless changes are made. I got my nails done by Kim 1 week and 3 days ago, new set, acrylic, and 2 of my nails popped off while doing a simple non-stressful task such as pulling my sweats up. After this I noticed I had multiple nails starting to come up and that I did not have a smooth top coat on all of my nails. So I made an appointment, came in the next day, was asked basically if I was doing anything crazy to make the nails pop off, got the two fixed, rebase, and a new top coat, charged $35. Leave to pick my child up from daycare and notice on the way that yet again my top coat is not smooth and proper. Head back to the salon only to be told they have a no refund policy (which is not p

First off I have to say pedicure is $25. Very good price especially for this area. The employees are friendly and carried on a conversation with me. She asked me before she cut my toenails to make sure I wanted them cut. She even asked how I liked the results at the end. I chose a happy color and told her I live it. She said thank you. She asked me if I wanted to go sit by the dryer or just wait where I was. I am sure this is a choice because it was not too busy. Since I wore my flip flops I will wait here. I will be back to get my eye brows done and update my review.

Done with this place. They literally can not put the regular nail polish evenly, last time someone's son who was obviously training did my pedi and of course, did it bad. I mean, guys, you should be professional! Don't blame the surface of my nail or quality of your polish (they said it was difficult color, and, yes, it was old and probably dried out) - a professional knows how to do every nail shape and condition! The choice of regular polish is poor, half of them old and should be tossed because it is impossible to lay them good. Customer service does not exist, it is rude to talk foreign language around your clients, btw. To be more fair, there was 1 lady who did it very good before, but I don't know her name and don't see anymore. So no, i live next door but not coming again.

New to Aurora, CO and I am so glad I found this salon. The staff was attentive and friendly, salon was clean, modern and spacious and the service overall was excellent (I got a Mani & Pedi) I will be back!

I came in today, July 4th for a simple eyebrow arch. This lady charged me $15 for that. I paid of course, but I called judgment have a blessed day.
