NAIL STORY

This is my second time going to Nail Story, and once again, I absolutely loved my experience! They truly take their time and genuinely care about the quality of service they provide. The massages are amazing—definitely A-one! I always walk out feeling refreshed, pampered, and brand new. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I got my nails done here and I absolutely love them! The price is a little higher than what I usually pay, but the quality is amazing, so I think I’ll keep coming back here from now on. I’ll definitely be back!

Love love love this place! I’ve been to many nail salons, and none like this one. 4 weeks ago (the first 2 photos) I did my nails (full set acrylics) and they did not budge! I have seven kids! do plenty of dishes and deal with water, and use my hands a LOT! And the acrylics didn’t crack or mess up or lift! Today I went with my daughters (their first time!) and we had such a wonderful time! Not only that, butttttt I was able to keep my natural nails after doing acrylics for four weeks! That has never happened to me. My natural nails are usually so damaged under the acrylics. The photos of me and my daughters are with our natural nails with gel polish. Beautiful experience and wonderful care from these ladies. Love this spot!

I had been coming to this salon consistently for about three months and was a loyal every-two-week client. My service was always the same and the price was consistently $54 for a refill and Gel polish. On my most recent visit, I was suddenly charged $59 for the exact same service with no explanation. What made it worse was overhearing staff discuss pricing inconsistently with another customer, including extra charges that were never clearly communicated. A refill being $30 and a gel being $24 is already high ,. Now you want to up it to $29 so the final price is $59 for a refill and gel polish ?? I don’t mind paying more if prices are transparent and communicated upfront, but unexpected upcharges and inconsistent pricing is frustrating. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be

I love Nail Story! It is the only place that I will go to do my nails. Julie is fantastic, as is Jenny and Candy. The place is very clean and calming. They play calming music and do not allow loud phone conversations, which is nice. They are pricey, but the experience and results are worth it for me! You must make an appointment or it's a gamble whether you'll be able to get in. If you call and they don't answer they will call you back. I usually schedule my next appointment on my way out the door so I don't have to bother calling. I'd say try them and decide for yourself. My Gel nails can last up to a month but I make sure I go every two weeks. My nails now grow long and strong.
