Nail Story

I stopped doing my nails at salons because the prices are ridiculous and the service is sub par. I have come to this nail salon for years when it was Zio Nails. My manicure was great and I thought my pedicure was good until I saw it in bright light. This is what $83 gets you. The pedicure is awful. Will not be coming back.

The good - First I'd like to say that Choi is very pleasant and she did a very good job on my manicure. The salon is clean and they try to accommodate appointments on short notice. The bad - I have been coming to this salon for well over 10 years. I made an appointment and specifically requested Estelle. When I came in I was pushed off to another manicurist and Estelle serviced a gel manicure customer instead. Rude and inconsiderate. Essie's Bordeaux a popular color, requested by many, especially at this time of year, was not available. Poor management. No one, unoccupied, offered to assist in helping me find a similar color. I selected an Essie gel couture color, which two months ago cost an extra $2, was now $5 extra. I brought my own ridge-filler base coat because as a senior I have n

The staff is the kindest and the salon is very clean. The atmosphere is so calm, I’ve never been to such a calm/quiet nail salon. I loved every second of it. Big thank you to the salon for squeezing me in on very short notice. They just gained a regular customer.

First time coming to this salon and my experience was fantastic! I’m usually really picky with my nails but Stella did an amazing job! She was very detailed and she always made sure the nails were to my liking every step of the way! Super professional staff and such a clean salon! Will def be coming here more often!

I recently visited this new nail salon and was very thrilled with the overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice, and the environment was very comfortable. The attention to detail on my nails were perfect and they drew on the designs exactly how I wanted them to be. I also really appreciated the cleanliness of the salon. I’ll definitely be returning.
