Nail Story in Whitestone

I’ve been getting my nails done here for about a year and I’ve been so happy. My hard gel nails always last me 4-6 weeks, with little to no chips! Tammy and Nicole are so talented and kind; getting a manicure with them is such a treat. I highly recommend this salon! Edit: I no longer go to this salon since the change of ownership 🫠 Tammy and Nicole aren’t techs there and I wasn’t able to connect with their current staff and policies.

I want to start by saying that I have genuinely enjoyed my experiences at this salon in the past. I regularly come here for gel manicures and pedicures and have always left happy. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, which is very disappointing given my history here. I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure and was greeted by Rebecca, who was doing my manicure. I explained that I wanted a light, snowy-looking color with a subtle hint of blue chrome. However, she began applying a very dark gray color. This was not what I asked for, but since I am not a nail technician and didn’t want to micromanage, I assumed the chrome might change the final look and did not say anything at the time. Recently renovated with new pedicure chairs and desks. Highly recommend Kara who did my gel mani and wax, she is amazing. Nancy did my gel pedi with a nice foot spa experience.

Came here for the first time yesterday. I asked for Kara specifically since she moved locations and I’ve been going to her for years! She is quick, efficient, and the sweetest (: The space is clean, everyone was so nice, and most importantly my nails came out exactly as I had hoped. Be back soon!

been coming to nail story for a while now. I am ALWAYS happy with my nails every time. There are a few reviews on here speaking on the price, however after going to many different salons I truly think you get the best quality here. I keep my nails pretty long and I’m very active in the gym and never have any breakage whatsoever. I recommend this place to everyone I speak to. Clean, friendly, and great results.
