I had Mia and she did a wonderful job! I got Gel X with a marbled design which is different than my usual but she killed it! I genuinely think this is one of the best nail salons in Greenville because they have never failed me. They are super friendly as a staff, very accommodating, and skilled at their work.

My experience at Nail Story was excellent! The salon was very popular and busy when I arrived, but I was still able to be helped and leave the salon within an hour! The technician who helped me, Swan, was very kind and professional the whole time. She checked in with me each step to make sure I was doing okay and enjoying the experience, she informed me about potential up-charges, and she offered for me to stay in the massage chair for a little while even after my pedicure was done! I will definitely be back.

Excellent service. First time here and had a lovely experience. Rachel did an amazing job with my nails. I had gelX and she did a refill with a beautiful design. Will definitely be back!!

Every time I go to this nail salon, they never disappoint! I had myself and my entire wedding party come here for our nails back in Dec 2020. And twice now this past month, not only do they do great on my nails, but they also are so kind, patient and attentive when I have to bring in my infant daughter with me. Highly recommend this salon! Tyler did my fill in today and the attention to detail was very much appreciated.

Sofia was so kind and did an amazing job on my pedicure and foot massage! Jamie was also incredibly patient, and did a beautiful job on my nails ☺️. Overall, I had a great experience, and loved the atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!
