Terrible place I won’t ever go here again they are rude and disrespectful lady cut my nails bc I said I didn’t like them and I wanted her to drill off the thick coats of polish and file them square . Couldn’t even do French tip they don’t know how to do nails if you like your nails looking fast and quick glue ons come here!

Always Love my 💅 and toes when I get them done here. Location is very clean and they do have the plexiglass over all stations. They move pretty quickly and I am usually highly satisfied 😌😍👏🏽

I went in for soak off and a pedicure … it seemed like they just was gonna do what they wanted to do … after the service I told them I wasn’t satisfied and then they still proceeded to charge me for the soak and nothing came off !! She had to drill the acrylic off but I had to pay for the soak off

I had to share this. I went to get lashes 1/28/2025. A older woman came to get nails done and was told she has to pay upfront. The older lady asked when did they start that? Lana said two weeks ago because somebody walked out without paying. The older lady was nice and soft spoken. She said I pick my groceries before I pay for them. She told Lana that’s not right you should know your customers. Lana said the girl been there twice. That is not a customer, customers come every two weeks or once a month. You recognize yours customers when they come in. She told the older lady if you don’t like it go somewhere else. She was so disrespectful. I set on the table to get lashes she wanted me to pay up front and had the nerve to tell me not to talk on the phone. What my mouth have do with my lash

Very rude staff here. I’m used to nail technicians speaking in their own language, so that’s not the issue. The issue was the blunt rudeness in ENGLISH! How are you going to be rude to paying customers? With the area you are in, that definitely makes a difference. Plus the nails were extra thin like they gonna break off tomorrow. $50 nails worth maybe $15-20, if that. Do yourself a favor don’t go here!
