Nail Spa

I usually go to Pelham nail bar which always provides excellent service but was so excited about finding a spot closer to home. Katie, my nail tech was extremely dismissive with me and lacked communication during the entire appointment. I can say the only thing I love is the shape of my nails but it took us a while to get there because she just wasn’t listening to me. Unfortunately, my nails are extremely lumpy and thick. She rushed through my appointment, leaving me with the gel and polish all over my cuticles causing chipping without two days. She also took it upon herself to completely cut off one nail that had broken on me two months ago and was finally halfway grown out, just to add a fake nail without consulting me!!!! It was a great experience, very relaxing, and they did a great job on the nails. The place was quiet and peaceful. My kid and I got pedicures: the seats were new and clean.

The place is really nice though it’s pretty expensive. They also offer really cool drinks. My nail did chip two days later but I’m going to chalk that up to me moving boxes around. I hope they level out their prices because I would like to be a regular here

I just needed a quick pedicure so I decided to try here after seeing it on TikTok. The atmosphere is nice and I appreciate the complimentary drink. The pedicure itself was underwhelming. The man barely scrubbed my foot and when I was leaving he took another pumice stone out the garbage and scrubbed it off with a brush. Another lady was getting “the works” with the spa vip pedicure. You might only get something decent if you spent $70+. I’ll stick with the BX.

I came here for a pedicure and was Extremely disappointed. The lady did not scrub my feet thoroughly and Cut me with the nail drill . This place is overpriced and not worth the hype. It was definitely a first and last time for me .
