I was unhappy with every nail tech until i found this place and met Andy. Yes, sometimes there's a wait time BUT i don't mind because i know that when he is working on my nails he will take his time.

I went to get a pedicure and while waiting my turn somebody else comes in for eyebrow shape. I waited for about an hour. Finally I get on the chair soaking my feet in the water (cold not even warm) waiting for somebody to help me. After waiting for another 15 minutes I asked it was going to take long and realized they were helping the girl that got there after me because she needed to be out before certain time. Finally I decided to ask for a towel to dry my feet and leave cause they didn't have the courtesy to ask if it was ok with me to help the person that got there after me. I got out and they starting laughing and talking in their own language. For sure I am not going back to this place. Disappointed of their lock of service.

Besides enjoying the way they do my pedicure and manicure! I was so happy that they were able to wax my eyebrows and make them look so good! I have thick eyebrows and weirdly shaped by the end but they made it work and my eyebrows look amazing. Pedicures are my favorite, they make sure to take care of an ingrown I had and saved me a visit to the podiatrist.
