The first time I went here the guy was nice and very gentle. Ms Ann is very aggressive and I ask her to fix my nail before I left she pretend to fix it and because I was in a hurry I trusted her and left pick my son up and notice the hair was still there MY NAILS HURT...I AM recovering from a broke ankle so I do not feel like going back ... it's ok I will not be back and I TIPPED HER....DO BETTER!!!!

Overpriced BORING BASIC CHEAP NAILS. Within 3 hours my nail broke. They charged me 100$ for the worst at off nails I ever received in my life. Don’t waste your time it money. They are rude, unprofessional and price gouging people. Uneven nails. I didn’t even want color after hearing that this set was $100. Are you serious. My nail tech charged $80 with gel polish, designs and rhinestones. I am very unhappy and disappointed. I will never patronize this place again. Save Ursula a headache

It seemed very busy but I was seated for manicure right away. I was impressed with the work and love love love the color-change gel, these nails are so much fun and absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much! =) Edit: I'm a returning customer and thought I might add more photos!

About four weeks ago I visited Nail Spa to get a pedicure. Two weeks after I visited the location to get a fill in and polish change on my toes. I got the fill in done by a young man of whom was very nice however I noticed that my nails of which were natural was not adhering to the product used for the acrylic overlay. I asked him should I get a soak off instead and start all over he said “No” my nails would be fine. So I allowed him to proceed with the service. However within three days my nails lifted and broke off causing cracks in my nail bed. On that same day I was also to get a polish change on my toes ( keep in mind that my pedicure was two weeks prior) however the location was so crowded the wait was horrible. I also noticed nail techs rushing, & those that speak clear English wer

Terrible service. Overpriced basic boring nails. I get my nails done frequently and I’ve never been this disappointed. I was not happy about the price I didn’t allow them to even paint my nails and they still charged me $90 for a set. I went home and out in my tennis shoes and one of the nails broke the same day. Not even 3 hours after me leaving this shop. It’s way better nail shops that do great with. If you ate in the U city area, I recommend Ric Nails. Price gouging is what they stand for. I will never patronize this establishment again. I wish I could give 0 stars My husband even said the nails were mediocre at best.
