I absolutely love this business and the employees here! Julie usually does my nails and she’s SO fast and amazing and what she does! I even brought in my 7 year old for a kid manicure for her birthday and they were great with her! Highly recommend!

I was really scared to come here because of the “bad reviews”. I made an appointment and they didn’t start my nails until 20mins later of my appointment, which isn’t a issue for me because I wasn’t rushing but they also didn’t mention anything. A guy (I don’t know his name) came in and took over my nail and I think he did a great job. He did not ask me to wash my hands and I thought it was a little odd but other than that I think he did a great job on my nails. He left the table without saying anything and a lady came and took over and finished up for him. Again, I don’t care lol as long as my nails getting done it’s fine. But there’s room for communication improvements for sure. Tip is only in cash, I did not know about that but they were nice and told me I could bring next time I come

I dont leave reviews ever, but this needed to be said!!! This was our first visit here, my aunt and I were treated rudely from the get go. When I told her we had an appointment for refill and dip for my aunt, and let her know that she may need tips placed due to nails breaking. She immediately was like :No" you said two manicures, 2 pedicures. I said i think you misunderstood me, and I'm sorry about that. She said i need to check and see , we may not be able to do that. She came back, told us pick color and they would do pedicures first. I then again said I am sorry for the confusion. Pedicure was ok, but rushed. Waited there for about 20 minutes with not a word from anyone. Finally the man came over and said come to his table. He never asked me what color of gel I wanted, what shape ect

I’ve been here three times and always get great service. My husband also enjoys their pedicures. I think an appointment really helps but I stopped in at 3 on a Thursday without issue.
