Nail & Spa Pizazz

My regular nail tech was on vacation. I tried Queen for the first time. She was amazing! Great customer service! My nails look amazing! Soaked off old nails, added a light coat of gel over my nails and changed my gel nail color within an hour and a half! I would definitely used her again if Emily is unavailable!❤️

I have went to get my eyelashes done and they lift it within two days and then I just went to go get my nails done and they charge $50 for nails that wasn’t shaped properly. I told them not even to color my nails because I was unhappy. They charged $70.75 for my sister who had shorter nails and no designs. It’s not worth it. I was there from the moment they open at 9:30 and still would not been getting out of there until after 11:30 if I would not have told them not to polish my nails I have pictures and wish I could attach them because it’s horrible. Why should I have to do my own nail polish?

I’ve been coming to Nail Pizazz since I moved to the Tidewater area in 2019. They were top rated on google and as long as I'm in the area I will continue going there! They take their time and listen to what you want. All nail technicians are good and provide excellent customer service. Special shout out to Quinn. Thank you Nail Pizazz staff 💚

I been going here 3+ years and my lashes have always been the same price. Then suddenly today they were $20 more lol. I feel like for what I paid I could’ve just gotten individuals. The lady also tried to pressure me into giving her a review before my lashes were even finished.

Had to come back twice to get nails redone cause nail were uneven and second time nail just cracked cause too thin. Ask to make the nails thicker and change the color cause they couldn’t match the color but she said I would be a charged. It would had made more sense to change the color so you’re not wasting all that time trying to match the color. Added two more pictures of what they look like the next day after she remixed the nail. Never going back!
