Nail Spa

I love this place. I have been going there for about three years. Then I moved and it’s a haul to get to the salon. But I will only go there as I have never had a poor experience. They are so kind and attentive. They have never rushed me. No matter who works on me, they are all excellent. Looking forward to going again tomorrow.

Came in on a Monday and there were three staff members. Two young ladies assisted myself and my husband. There was an older staff member assisting a client already. To say the least there was no one there. I asked for a simple manicure. I just wanted gel polish. I’m writing this review because I don’t feel like I got that. The work that I received was not that great. The young lady that assisted me was fast. She worked quick and constantly looked at my nails as if she herself questioned what she was doing. I asked her half way through if she was using gel polish and she very sternly said “yes”. My polish looks uneven, as if it were watered down. I’ve never had gel polish look like regular polish. Uneven. What really encouraged me to write this review was that chip on my left thumb. ONE DAY

First of all I just got a soak off and gel polish no manicure. The woman was acting like she was in such a hurry and wouldn’t give the acrylic time to actually soak off. They soaked for 30 seconds then she would use the drill and repeated this at least 5 more times per hand. The red spots are where she took my skin off with the drill because she was moving too fast and literally burning my skin. And then after burning me she proceeded to put my fingers back in the acetone! It burned so bad but again she was in such a hurry that she didn’t ask or notice that I was in pain. This is such a sloppy/rushed job that I could've done myself. I been a loyal customer for 17 yrs. Never had a problem. Vickie is the best for pedicure and Taylor nails. 100% recommend it
