I went in for a fill and asked before service what the cost of a fill was! I got a basic french tip and acrylic and it cost more than when I got the full set which was the exact same thing I got this time. Nail tech said $45 for a fill and I was charged $65! Tina did my first set which was excellent, but the girl who did the fill didnt get the acrylic up to the cuticles so it looks grown out and the french tips are chipping and peeling! I called and talked to someone and they were not willing to fix my nails without charging me

I went to this salon out of desperation because my normal salon was closed. I do not recommend this nail salon at all. I asked for a dip manicure and not only did she begin to rush due to a line of ppl accumulating, but she also did not clean up my cuticles and an hour after I left the dip started to chip off three of my nails that same day. I spent $65 base amount and $75 with tip. I went in a few days later to ask for a refund due to poor workmanship and by that time dip chipping off three other nails. She refused and told me all she would do was fix the nails because ‘sometimes that happens on real nails.’ This has never happened to me at any nail salon I’ve ever been to. I would say I got what I paid for choosing a less than stellar salon to begin with, but she charged me $20 mor
