Terrible customer service!!! Obviously they don’t need money in this place!!! Called to ask for price on a gel manicure and was told $25 plus $5 extra color which should have been $30 but I after I got finished it was $46 and some change. And pictured below is all I got. I could’ve gotten a full gel set with tips for the same price.

Went and got my nails done here Monday 7/1 fresh set had a nice experience. Today Saturday 7/6 one of my nails completely came off I went in to get it fixed they gonna charge me $4 to fix my mail that just came off not even a week after having them. But because I didn’t have cash she gonna charge me $7 to use my card even after telling her I would go get the cash from my car. I will not be back here horrible customer service after just paying the price I did for my nails for them to be coming off not even a week later

I got a pedicure they messed up my polish twice and got mad with me because I wanted it done right, I will never go to them again!!

I am not satisfied with my pedicure. There was an older male who worked on my feet and he did a poor job. I had to tell him to add an extra coat, he filed my nail in a round shape and really low, when clearly, you can see my toenails are a square shape. He called another nail tech and she told me, “That’s how your nail is shaped!” I had to show her my last nail job and I shouldn’t have to do that. There were no apologies. He did not clean the excessive polish on the skin and did not put lotion on my feet once he was done. I had to do it myself. I will not be coming back. I wasted $60.
